SHIPPING POLICY: Five Point Five is committed to deliver your order in proper packaging within the given time frame. We ship through reputed courier services only, so that your order reaches you in good condition and on time. After your order is dispatched, you will receive the shipping details on your email.

Domestic Shipping: We provide free shipping within India, with no minimum order limit. Depending on the delivery location, domestic delivery takes 4-5 business days.

International Shipping: The approximate shipping charge for one sari is INR 2500. This would increase marginally with the number of products, for e.g., two saris would have a shipping charge of INR 3000, shipping of 3 saris would be INR 3500, and as on. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

Depending on the delivery location, international delivery takes 8-10 business days.

VAT / Import Duties / Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, if applicable in the destination countries on products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the order and shipping price that you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can directly clear these with the delivery partners, on receiving the package.

Customers are requested to provide a complete, valid and accurate address along-with pin code for shipping, as we would not be liable if any incorrect/incomplete address is provided. No refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery, which is caused due to any reason beyond our control.

In case any office address is provided for delivery, kindly ensure that all relevant details are provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery.

We disclaim our liability, in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events and request you to cooperate in such situations.

Once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order, unless it falls in the free shipping category.

For the ease of shopping, Five Point Five offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. We accept major Credit or Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI & Wallets, using our secure payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
