We ensure that our product description is as accurate as possible, so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching your order, we undertake strict quality check to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Kindly note that each sari is handcrafted, so there might be natural variation in weave pattern or colour of the textile.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

Exchange is only possible in exceptional circumstances. We offer an exchange for domestic orders, only in case you receive a defective or incorrect product. In that case, kindly inform us with some evidence images via email on info@fivepointfive.in within 24 - 48 hours of the delivery. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused and must be returned in original condition with all its tags and packaging intact.

Since we do not have a reverse shipping service available, the product must be couriered back in its original packaging. Once we receive the defective/incorrect product, we will examine the same and process your request, in case of a valid exchange.

We reserve the right to decide the exchange validation i.e. if the product is valid to be accepted for an exchange or not. Non-valid exchange will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted from future purchases. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for exchange.

Five Point Five does not provide any refunds on products, once sold and delivered. In case the exchange product is not available in our inventory, we will inform you about the same and shall issue a credit voucher for the total amount.

Our credit voucher for exchange is valid for 60 days.

We do not offer exchange for international orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit voucher equivalent to the amount of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website. We do not offer refund for any cancelled order.

We do not accept any exchange, returns or cancellations on products purchased in sale.

Five Point Five reserves the right at our sole discretion to cancel or not accept certain orders due to various reasons such as unavailability of the product, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, payment-related or fraudulent practice issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by us, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in your bank account registered with us. In such case, you shall be informed by us on your registered email id. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
